The profitable part of local budgets in Ukraine over the past year has increased by 100 billion hryvnia.
Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman told about this in an interview.
According to him, for these funds "it is possible to develop local projects, programs of modernization, to make infrastructure projects, to renew transport, schools, kindergartens or build new ones."
"Local authorities must understand: nobody will come and do this work for them, you need to take responsibility and do it yourself!", said the Prime Minister.
