Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman assured that the government does not support and will not make any decisions on raising the price of gas for the population.
He stated this during a conference call on preparations for the upcoming heating season.
"The government does not support any increase in gas prices in the country for the new heating season," said Groisman. The Head of Government stressed that there are currently no objective reasons for raising the price of gas for the population. In this regard, he promised that the Cabinet would not make any decision to increase the cost of gas.
