The Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) allowed children with special educational needs to study in all schools. This decision was supported by 297 deputies.
Before the vote, the President's representative in the Verkhovna Rada Iryna Lutsenko said that Ukraine has about 10 percent of children in need of implementation of these rights taking into account their educational needs.
The document envisages the creation at schools of evening shifts, special classes for teaching children of this category.
