The Canadian-Ukrainian Foundation, together with the Ministry of Health, has chosen the winners of the family doctors' competition working in rural hospitals to participate in a three-day training course on emergency medical care for rural hospitals.
This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.
"More than 30 applications of family doctors from most regions of Ukraine have been received for participation in the competition, and the competition committee has developed criteria for assessing motivational letters and summaries." For its part, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine fully provided organizational support to the competition, "the report said.
According to the results of the examination of the documents, the six candidates who received the highest marks were invited to participate in the Skype interview in English with the Canadian-Ukrainian Foundation representative. After the interview, three winners were selected to take part in a training course in Canada and gain new knowledge and experience.
The training will take place on January 19-21, 2018, on the basis of the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary, Canada.
