President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has dismissed Serhiy Kivalov from the post of European commission member "For Democracy through Law" (Venice Commission) and his deputies Serhiy Holovaty and Volodymyr Pylypenko.Corresponding decree dated March 16 was published on the website of the president.
By another decree Poroshenko appointed the founder of the Ukrainian Legal Foundation Serhiy Holovaty a member of the Venice Commission (by agreement).
