Cost of meals in Kyiv kindergartens and schools rises

The city government claims that the price increase is caused by higher prices for products. According to preliminary calculations, the cost of food in pre-school institutions per child per day increased in the city at average by 10 percent, in schools - by 6%. Complimentary meals for children of privileged categories remains. It is envisaged to provide for discounts of 50% for children from large families.
