Due to protest actions of motorists entrances to the capital are partly blocked. At each point in Boryspil, Brovary, Zhytomyr, Odesa and Kovel directions 5 pieces of fire-rescue techniques are involved. It is reported by the State Service for Emergency Situations.
In the morning at the points of entry to Kyiv owners of cars with foreign registration have burnt a few dozen tires. Motorists demand adopting of the bill to resolve the situation with the transit and importation of cars with foreign registration numbers. Now the movement is partially restricted in the direction Kyiv - Chernihiv, Kyiv - Kharkiv, Kyiv - Odesa, Kyiv - Chop and Kyiv - Kovel.
