This was disclosed during a meeting of the Conciliation Board by representative of the parliament faction "Blok of Petro Poroshenko" Igor Hryniv.
On June 1 last year seven-year term of office of 12 of the 15 members of the CEC expired. All factions have already submitted their proposals to the President on the composition of the CEC. The delay was due to lack of representation in Parliament proposed by the President.
