Ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma (1994 - 2004) excludes the third round of the presidential election 2010, he told journalists in Yalta.
According to the politician, during the election campaign 2004 a decision about holding the third round was political and it will not repeat. "There was an exclusion from a rule", the ex-President said. Kuchma is confident that there will be the early election of the Parliament following the presidential election. "I think that a new President, whoever will be, will change the situation in the Parliament", Kuchma said. The presidential election is slated for January 17, 2010.
