Heorhiy Tuka guarantees security of voters

Chairman of the Luhansk regional military-civilian administration Tuka promised to ensure security of voters and territorial election commissions on the election day at the polling stations and will make efforts to prevent fraud. However, he said he is concerned about the situation in Lysychansk, where, he said, there happened a flagrant violation of the election law connected with printing ballots.
