The Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel has said that the EU sanctions against Russia will either be strengthened or eased depending on the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
During a joint with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv, Bettel said that the 28 members of the European Union share a common stance on the issue
He said there will be new sanctions if the Minsk agreements aren't fulfilled and this relates to the Ukrainian side as well.
