The fraud in the area of calculating subsidies and pricing for utilities was commented in the program of "Today. Afternoon" by Director of the City Institute Oleksandr Sergienko on the air of Ukrainian Radio:
"By the end of 2017, in November, the arrears of payment for utility services amounted to over UAH 31 billion, and consequently, utilities did not receive these funds. And as any skilled managers, so to say, they began to save, make different tricks. We do not even guess what tricks they can invent to reduce the quality of their services and their quantity. "
