On November 6 in Lviv a press conference of the regional military commissar Olexander Tischenko took place on the events on the night of November 3 to November 4 November, when the military commissariat officials handed in the call-up papers to conscripts in the streets and entertainment establishments.
According to him, in the region about 15 thousand men evade regular military service. During this particular raid call-up papers were handed in to 12 young men.
