The Russian Federal Security Service's (FSB) branch for Crimea has opened three criminal cases into alleged instances of sabotage at two gas pipelines and a power line in the south of the peninsula.
"The investigative department of the FSB regional branch has opened three criminal cases on a count of sabotage under Part 1 of Article 281 of the Russian Penal Code. The criminal cases were launched into certain facts. No one has been detained or charged so far. There are no suspects so far either," a spokesman for the FSB's Crimea branch told Interfax.
