The Supreme Court of Ukraine received a statement from the "Gazprom" about annulation of the fine of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
This is stated in the court ruling of August 15, 2017, which was published in the Unified Register of Court's rulings.
It is noted that until August 29, 2017, Gazprom should remedy the shortcomings in the appeal, otherwise the Supreme Court will return the appeal.
Recall that on January 22, 2016, the Antimonopoly Committee fined Gazprom to UAH 86 billion for abuse of a monopoly position in the gas transit market. In December of the same year, the Kyiv Economic Court allowed the AMCU to sue for a penalty and a fine.
