Public banks have resumed the issuance of "warm loans" for the population and ACMHs.
"Now all those who want to warm their housing, replace the gas boiler for solid fuel and create an energy efficient house can join the government program. Non-repayable state financial assistance is guaranteed," says Sergey Savchuk, the head of the State Agency for Energy Efficiency.
As stated in the message, due to the program, it will be possible to reduce utility bills later than twice and even more.
Since the beginning of the "Warm Loans" program, it has already been used by about 300 thousand households.
