The state-owned specialized enterprise "Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant" has entered into an agreement with "Ukrbudmontazh" LLC for the construction of a plant for the processing of liquid radioactive waste for 21.9 million hryvnia.

According to the agreement, the contractor is obliged to carry out construction works for the amount of 11.2 million hryvnia, as well as to purchase equipment for 10.7 million hryvnia. Works must be completed by December 2018.
It is noted that the financing of the project is provided by the company's own funds, as well as by budget resources.
Earlier it was reported that France was ready to allocate funds to Ukraine for assistance in developing a project for the construction of solar power stations in the Chornobyl zone.
