Director of the Anti-corruption Bureau Artem Sytnyk and FBI Supervisory Special Agent Matthew Moon signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the two agencies on Thursday. "This memorandum is a continuation of the cooperation that started last year," the Friday report said.
