Ukraine joins International Organization of Pension Supervisors

“The International Organization of Pension Supervisors (IOPS), at a meeting held on June 19, 2017, approved an application of the Securities and Stock Market State Commission (SSMSC) for membership in the organization. The Commission received the status of Governing Membership,” reads the report. The SSMSC notes that membership in the IOPS will allow Ukraine to implement global IOPS standards, improve the quality of pension supervision system and introduce an effective risk prevention system.
