Naftogaz refuses to hold talks with Gazprom in Moscow

As reported, the day before, Gazprom invited representatives of Naftogaz to Moscow to discuss gas transit to Europe after 2019 as the current contract between Naftogaz and Gazprom provides for the mandatory transit of Russian gas through Ukraine until the end of 2019.
