The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has called on law enforcement agencies to ensure smooth operation of bank branches in accordance with the law and to prevent a destabilization of the banking system, the NBU said.
The law enforcement authorities should take note of the numerous unlawful activities of the military-political grouping called "National Corps" which has systemically been destabilizing the work of banks with a Russian state capital, blocking normal access by Ukrainians to their funds in the banks, the NBU said.Such actions are irresponsible, dangerous and can inflict damage on the entire banking system," NBU govenor Valeria Gontareva said.
