Poroshenko approves sanctions against Russian banks

As noted in the relevant decree, the decision of the Security and Defence Council was adopted taking into account the proposals of the National Bank. The sanctions for a period of one year will be imposed on Sberbank and four other banks in the form of prevention of the capital withdrawal outside Ukraine in favour of the persons connected with these legal entities.
