Militants have provided written guarantees of ceasefire in the area of Avdiyivka to repair damaged power lines. This was reported by chairman of the Donetsk regional administration Zhebrivskyi Paul. He said that a team of workers from the temporarily occupied territories should also come to repair damaged power lines.
The night before, pro-Russian mercenaries fired some districts of Avdiyivka using rocket launchers volley fire BM-21 "Grad", more than 10 rockets were released towards positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
