The next Tripartite Meeting of the Contact Group in Minsk is scheduled for February 15 in Minsk. Ukraine is ready for any compromise in order to release their citizens who are held captive by pro-Russian militants. The Security Service constantly negotiates the exchange, but the Russian side decides manually.
