The Government created a state scientific institution "Kyiv Academic University" for training in Ukraine highly qualified scientific personnel .
According to vice president of the National Academy of Sciences Anatoly Zagorodny, the institution is established by reorganizing the Physics-Technical Educational and Scientific Center of the National Academy of Sciences.
