Total wage arrears in Ukraine in September 2016 increased by 4% (by UAH 76.23 million), since the beginning of the year by 5.2% and on October 1 this year amounted to UAH 1.979 billion. This was disclosed in the repor of the State Statistics Service. More than half of the debt was formed in Luhansk , Donetsk and Kharkiv regions.According to the State Statistics Service, on October 1, 2016 the major share of total wage arrears was formed in industry , transport, storage, postal and courier activities.
