8 settlements in Odessa region remain without electricity

In the Odessa region as a result of adverse weather conditions 8 settlements are without electricity.
According to the State Emergency Service, movement of trams was resumed in the regional center, rescuers have pumped water from flooded homes, 33 vehicles were evacuated, and 17 fallen trees were removed. On the eve pouring rain flooded Odessa streets, the city was in traffic jams.
