Human rights situation in Crimea deteriorates

This was stated by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko during a meeting with ambassadors of G7 countries and EU member-states. He stressed the importance to retain policy of non recognition of the illegal annexation of Crimea, where human rights situation is catastrophically deteriorating, including punitive Soviet-style medicine.

Separately the parties discussed the early release of the hostages and political prisoners illegally detained in Russia and on the occupied territories. The President of Ukraine informed the heads of diplomatic missions of Ukraine's progress on the path of reforms, especially in fighting corruption.
