Ukrainian issue is not on the agenda of the next meeting of the Board Directors of the International Monetary Fund. This is stated in the materials the IMF published on its website. In early August, the Board of Directors of the Fund interrupted the work in connection with the traditional period of vacation. Since August 20 it resumed its work, but the Ukrainian question didn't enter the the schedule.
The IMF approved the Extended Financing facility program for Ukraine totaling USD 17 and a half billion in March last year. Two tranches were received by our country. The government is waiting for the third tranche worth one billion 700 million US dollars. Kiev expected the decision by the Board of Directors of the Fund to be taken at the end of August.
