The International Monetary Fund plans to consider lending to countries with debt problems and unpaid debts, which include Ukraine.
Earlier, the Fund noted that during the meeting it may consider the Ukrainian issue in context of payment of Ukrainian debt in the amount of $ 3 billion that Ukraine recognizes the commercial debt and the subject of restructuring.
