Most Ukrainian companies and European companies operating in Ukraine (73%) do not see any progress in the fight against corruption in Ukraine in the past two years, according to a corruption survey conducted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine presented in Kyiv on Wednesday.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has said he hopes that the Finance Ministry will complete a plan on the main directions of budget policy for 2017 and introduce amendments, in particular, regarding the anti-corruption agencies.
Justice Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Petrenko is sure that the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption will start to work in the coming days. He stated this during the presentation of the UNDP project "Enhanced Public Sector Transparency and Integrity", Ukrinform reports.
