Yevhen Kushnariov was one of the leaders of the parliamentary faction of the Regions' Party.
MP Kushnariov died on Wednesday for being badly wounded during the hunting. The criminal article changed from 128 (unintentional infliction of bodily injury) to 119 (killing by recklessness) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Office spokesman Yuriy Boychenko said. "The legal proceedings have been changed for the death of the victim," he noted.
