SPF over-fulfills plan on dividends by 1.5 times

The budget deficit of Ukraine in 2010 will make up UAH 66.5 billion (1 USD - 7.9 UAH) or 6% of the GDP, an analytical report by the Astrum Investment Management company makes such a forecast.
